Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! I hope everyone is having a restful and enjoyable summer. The new school year is fast approaching! I would like to share some information that will be helpful to you regarding the beginning of the school year.
· Schedule pick-up date
o Monday, July 17th 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
On schedule pick-up day you may pick-up your child’s schedule of classes, pay any class fees, purchase P.E. shirts, and pre-order student yearbooks. If you have questions, staff and Student Council members will be available to answer any questions about the new school year.

Softball Visor/ Baseball Hat - $15.00
Club Membership/Dues - $1.00 - $10.00 Annual Fee (based on club constitution/bylaws)
General Fees
PE Shirt - $10.00
Class Field Trip - $1.00 - $20.00 (dependent on cost of field trip)
Library Books - Actual Cost (lost or damaged)
Chromebooks - damage cost
ID Card Replacement - $5.00
Preorder Yearbook - $44.00
Elective Fees
Art - $5.00 per semester for art supplies
Advanced Art - $5.00 per semester for art supplies
AVID - $5.00 - field trips
Band - $5.00 – per semester for music, incidentals
Strings - $5.00 – per semester for music, incidentals
PLTW - $5.00 – per semester for stem projects
Yearbook - $5.00 - incidentals
Drama - $5.00 per semester for props, costumes, and scripts
Weight Training - $5.00 per semester to purchase cleanser and maintain equipment.

o Wednesday, July 19th 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Meet your child’s teachers and visit booths to learn about the many clubs and extra-curricular opportunities offered at CCJH!
Each year parents are required to register their new and returning students for the upcoming school year. If you have not registered your students for the 23-24 school year, time is running out. Please do so as soon as possible. Students who are not registered will not have a schedule to begin the school year. Attached is a flier with instructions on how to complete the registration process.
Also, please remember that all immunizations must be up to date for all incoming 6th graders as well as new 7th and 8th graders before their registration can be accepted.

- School hours 7:05 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (Note: Start time has changed)
