"The culinary program at Apache Junction has helped me a lot with cooking. My first year wasn’t what I expected, but when I took Culinary 2 with Mr. Saulsby, I learned much more. Since then, I’ve gained many skills that helped me in ways I didn’t expect. I learned to cut meat and vegetables properly and make good dough. Since Mr. Saulsby started teaching, my cooking, especially peanut butter chocolate chip cookies and homemade pasta, has improved a lot!"

"I love my school because the teachers are nice. Also because I get to eat breakfast in the morning. I like Gen Tech because we get to work with robots. I think the principle is nice because she says hi to me every day. I love Ms. Meacham because she helps me when I need it. She is also nice because she is kind to the rest of the class. I also get to play at recess."
