Student Surveys

AJUSD may ask students to participate in surveys to assess how we are doing as a district.  Depending on the content of the survey, ARS 15-117 requires 7 days notice and an opt-out.  While most surveys sent by AJUSD will not meet the criteria laid out in ARS 15-117, AJUSD will make every effort to ensure all surveys that do not qualify are still sent to parents in advance for review and will be posted here for additional review.

If a survey meets the criteria set in ARS 15-117, AJUSD will notify parents at least 7 days before administering any survey to students and provide parents a right to opt-out of the survey. No penalty will be imposed on a family or student for parent refusal to participate in a survey.  In addition to notification from the school/district, preview copies of student surveys will be stored on this site for parent reference.

 

Apache Junction High School will be asking specific demographic information about students for the Cognia Accreditation process. Below are the questions students have the option to answer.
